LC Coach Mark Tippett:  We played very well today and it is a shame we do not have a match win to show for it.  Both of our opponents are strong teams who have the potential to represent their Region in the national tournament.  We played at a very high level all day which is what every coach wants to see at the end of the season.  The difference in both matches were a handful of long volleys that just did not fall our way.  I was proud of our effort and very pleased with how far the team has come this year.

Lincoln (#4) will host the first round of the Region 24 post season tournament on Wednesday evening when (#5) Lewis & Clark CC will be visiting for a 6:00pm match.  the winner will advance to the Region Final Four on Saturday, November 9th at Rend Lake College.
